He is the Non-executive Independent Director of Our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and cleared the CA Inter exam in 1986. He has experience in Financial Accounting. He has a working knowledge of VAT, Central Excise Tax, Service Tax and Income Tax. He has good administrative power, and his experience thus can act as a guiding role for the growth of our organization.
